RETURNS
Return terms:
- Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date stated on the receipt.
- We do not accept the product in the following cases:
- If the product is washed
- If the product packaging is damaged
- If the product label has been removed
- If the product has suffered any kind of damage
- Return of the product will be accompanied by proof of this, as returns without proof of purchase are not accepted.
- In all sleeping products such as pillows and protective covers, returns are not accepted for reasons of hygiene ………… .lingerie
RETURN PROCESS
- Call the call center to find out the procedure and the reason for the return.
- Put the product back in its packaging.
- You undertake to send the product to our physical store with your own shipping and cash on delivery costs.
- In case of defective product or our mistake the shipping costs are NOT charged to the customer.
