RETURNS

Return terms:

  • Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date stated on the receipt.
  • We do not accept the product in the following cases:
  1. If the product is washed
  2. If the product packaging is damaged
  3. If the product label has been removed
  4. If the product has suffered any kind of damage
  • Return of the product will be accompanied by proof of this, as returns without proof of purchase are not accepted.
  • In all sleeping products such as pillows and protective covers, returns are not accepted for reasons of hygiene ………… .lingerie

RETURN PROCESS

  • Call the call center to find out the procedure and the reason for the return.
  • Put the product back in its packaging.
  • You undertake to send the product to our physical store with your own shipping and cash on delivery costs.
  • In case of defective product or our mistake the shipping costs are NOT charged to the customer.
